Originally from country Victoria, Luke Minness relocated to Western Australia to study at WAAPA, earning a Bachelor’s and Honours degree in Music Performance before building a multifaceted career as a session musician, producer, and performer.

He has collaborated with artists including Drapht, The Whitlams, Abbe May, The Cat Empire, Hot Dub Time Machine, Methyl Ethel, Meg Mac, and more, while also fronting two acclaimed projects: the electro-pop duo Priscilla with P Gardner, who released seven singles and supported The Presets, Wafia, San Cisco, Haiku Hands, ALPINE, Woodes and others; and the indie-pop duo Have A Good Day with James MacCallum, whose debut single Somebody, Nobody gained coverage on Scenestr and RTRFM, led to supports with Sneaky Sound System, Montaigne, Ladyhawke, Great Gable, and recognition as one of Live Nation’s “Ones To Watch.”

His career has been further recognised with multiple WAM Song of the Year nominations across Pop and Electronic categories (2020–2025), including a win for Electronic Song of the Year in 2023.
